About

Guiding Your Journey with Compassion and Expertise

I’ve been in private practice for over a decade, beginning my career in the substance use field in Texas in 2014 before returning to school in 2020. Since then, I’ve dedicated thousands of hours to continuing education, including earning my graduate degree in Social Work from Western Carolina University. I specialize in Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD), attachment wounds, neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD, and AuDHD), and boundary work with individuals and couples. I also have a special focus on helping adult children of parents with personality disorders heal and reclaim their sense of self. As a late-diagnosed AuDHD person and complex trauma survivor, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience into my work. My practice is grounded in trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and neuroscience. I help clients understand how their brains function and how to support healing or accommodate neurological differences—whether individually or in relationships. My approach is eclectic, but always intentional. I often begin with psychoeducation because I believe knowledge is power. I draw from Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, and Polyvagal Theory. I aim to provide a trauma-trained perspective while deeply affirming neurodivergence. In session, I show up warm, open-hearted, and curious. I use humor often and tend to feel more like a trusted confidant than a clinician. Most of us carry many heavy things, and I believe therapy doesn’t always have to feel heavy. True unburdening happens in spaces where we feel seen, held, and celebrated—and a little laughter helps. I love what I do. Helping people heal and grow is deeply meaningful to me, and I’m honored to be part of that process.
